I ordered these mats so that my daughter and my son could gymnastics at home. also, I train people in martial arts (BJJ) from my home. These rugs are well made and absorb shock well. so you know .... they are not "comfortable". I recommend them to anyone in the grappling arts education (it is recommended to cover the seams with opaque tape) or any kind of tumbling.
