our 5 year old child takes and wanted a gymnastics balance beam. We have no room for a real balance beam, so we decided to go with this mat. very nice product, well done. She loves showing her cart wheel, hand stand skills balance. It provides a good cushion for when he lands hard on his back. also use it to lay on the floor to watch movies! A good buy!
